We have already told you how to setup Google Now but while using this feature many of our friends asked us how to quickly access Google Now from any screen. In this post we will tell you how to quickly access this feature from any screen.
Google Now
Google Now is an intelligent personal assistant and it uses a natural language user interface to answer user’s questions, to perform actions or to give recommendations. This feature was first introduced in Samsung Galaxy Nexus during the official launch of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at Google I/O 2012.
How to quickly access Google Now
Without going deeper into the features of Google Now, here is a quick tip to access it from any screen.
Default method:
To quickly access Google Now from any screen simply press the Home button and swipe up onto home screen. That’s it, now you can enjoy Google Now.
This method works from any screen and if you slowly swipe the screen then you will even see the fingerprint trail as your finger moves towards Google Now button.
Alternate Method:
Since all phones does not have on screen navigation keys, so the method of accessing Google Now differs depending upon the phone. Phones having physical Home button need to long press the physical Home button to access this feature. In Galaxy Note 2 you will require to long press Home button and then tap on Google icon.
